What kind of time commitment can I expect?
Individual sessions tend to run around 90 minutes.
We want to schedule the majority of your sessions on a weekday and we do have some Saturday mornings available.
You can space your sessions out however you like. It does look different for each client because some people want to take their time, others are ready to rock and roll. I do have a suggested calendar and we are flexible for your own needs and time constraints.
A big part of the program is getting you to change your habits. We often find ourselves lost in the distractions of life. For best long-term results, I always recommend creating new habits of meditation and centering for a solid 10 minutes a day. You can do this!
What do these sessions look like?
Since you will be working with an entire team of healers, your sessions will vary depending on what you need.
Your sessions will also vary depending on what Spirit is guiding us to do for you.
Sometimes we think we are setting up a session for a particular reason, but we get directed somewhere else because that is where the true root of your issues reside.
Every single session I have ever conducted, my clients have left feeling lighter and having more clarity and purpose.
I suggest you take a look at some of the provided video material to get a better look at what to expect.
Why do I have to apply?
Due to the nature of this program, it is important that are ready to engage in this type of healing work. Not everyone is ready for this level of energetic transformation and that is OK!
This isn't some surface-level, "let's feel good" personal development program. This is for the person who has experienced some form of spiritual awakening, takes responsibility for themselves, and is WILLING to let go of old patterns and attachments.
Understand, we are working with energy. When we clear, specific aspects of your life may not longer a match. This is why I say you need to be willing to let-go of things that no longer serve you so the new, fun stuff can come in.
My team and I are not here to save anyone. The only person that can transform themselves is....themselves! We are simply the guiding light for energetic and spiritual transformation to be had.

Hi there! I’m passionate about helping people step back into their power, guiding individuals on their transformative journeys with heart and humor.
I spent the majority of my career in medical device sales and could never reach my goals. It felt like I always had some major sabotage happen. I knew intuitively there was an energy keeping me in looping patterns, but I had no idea where to go or what to do about it.
Fast forward, I met my energy healer, Cindy, and she changed my life.
Once I started addressing the blocked energy and the limiting patterns I was unconsciously operating in, I was able to clear the patterns and create more divine alignment with my higher purpose.
What started as healing my money patterns has turned into something much bigger.
I didn't realize that as I was working on my energy and rewiring my subconscious, I was increasing my capacity hold and sustain higher vibrational experiences and patterns. This is why people have such a hard time manifesting; their "vehicle" cannot hold the vibration of their bigger visions.
My awareness and connection back to source began to open up. My intuition turned on, I reconnected with my spiritual gifts—one of which is clearing past-life energy—and I have vivid and physical interactions with Archangels.
I can say without a doubt, this would not have happened if I had not applied my healing work. I’ve applied these principles and healing modalities to other areas of my life, including unwinding the root causes of an autoimmune diagnosis and overcoming severe money and career blocks.
It has been my mission since opening up my practice to reconnect others with this divine knowledge and team of healers.

I pursued my passions and earned my hypnotherapy credentials and combined it with my intuitive abilities to clear past-life energy.
